We charge a small of $50 to help you assist in the process of disputing, if the company that you are having does not resolve the issue within 30 days you will pay a fee of $200 to commence into arbitration.

At that point the company you are having disputes with will try to resolve the issue with you. If you go into arbitration then if you win the case your filing fee is refundable.

These large corporations will have to dish out $2000-$5000 to commence into arbitration, so it’s a more cost effective way to get your issue resolve without the financial burden of having to pay lawyer fees along with absorbent fees. So “Yes” Arbitration works and is a great way to resolve issues.
